Overview
Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return and full refund:
* The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received
* The item must be returned in its original packaging
* The return must be initiated and received within the 30-day return window
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
* Gift cards
* Any used or washed items
* Personalized or custom-requested items
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us as soon as possible.

Items Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
* Items not returned in their original condition
* Items damaged or missing parts due to reasons not related to a manufacturing defect
* Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that your returned item has been received.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 48 hours.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 2 business days, please:

2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are final sale and are not returnable.
Exchanges
We only replace items at no cost if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase:
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method unless a gift credit is requested
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued
If you would like to exchange a gifted item, please contact our customer service department by phone or email with your order number and exchange request. After the original item is received, the replacement item will be shipped to the address provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
If return shipping is not prepaid, the cost may be deducted from your refund unless the item was incorrect or missing parts.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on destination.
For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
